Kripto paralara yönelik dolandırıcılık suçu

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında kripto para kavramının dolandırıcılık suçuna konu olması tartışılmış; dolandırıcılık suçunun basit, nitelikli ve daha az cezayı gerektiren halleri irdelenmiş, suçun unsurları, cezası ve yargılama süreci incelenmiştir. Söz konusu suçun benzer suçlarla karşılaştırması yapılmış ve tüm bu hususlar kripto para yönünden değerlendirilmiştir.

In this thesis study, it has been discussed that the concept of cryptocurrency is subject to the crime of fraud; simple, qualified and less punishable forms of the crime of fraud have been examined, and the elements of the crime, its punishment and the trial process have also been examined. The crime in question was compared with similar crimes and all these issues have been evaluated in terms of cryptocurrency.
