Covid salgın döneminde soğuk zincir lojistiği zorlukları hakkında bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Soğuk zincir lojistiğinde Koron virüs salgın döneminde soğuk depolama zorluklarını betimlemektir. Bu çalışma, Aşı gibi ürünlerin tedariki aşamasında; stabilitezi sorunu nu maliyet üzerinde durup, bu husus dikkate alınarak stoklamanın aşıların stabilitesinin tedarik maliyetleri nasıl etkilediğini incelemektir. Bu çalışmada nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden biri olan yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine mülakat yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, Gaziantep de bulunan Özel X Hastanesinde aşı muhafazasından ve tedarikinden sorumlu kadrosunda bulunan katılımcı ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. MHRS uygulamasında aşı stoku sebebiyle yaşanan sorunları anlık takibi yapılsa da Aile Hekimliğinin ya da hastanelerin aşı stoku hakkında anlık veri konusunda zayıflıkları saptanmıştır. Özel Sağlık Kuruluşlarının aşı stokları konusunda merkezi sistemin yakın veya ilgili bölgede bulunan hastanelerin aşı stoku hakkında anlık bilgi veren bir yazılımın olması önem arz etmektedir. Hastanelerin İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü himayesinde kendi aralarında sistemlerini göreceği bir uygulama olması bahsi geçen senkronizasyon sorununa önemli ölçüde gidereceği düşünülmektedir. The aim of this study is to describe the cold storage difficulties during the Corona virus epidemic period in cold chain logistics.This study is at the stage of supplying products such as Vaccine; The aim is to focus on the cost instability problem and to examine how stocking affects the supply costs of vaccines by considering this issue. In this study, semi-structured in-depth interview method, which is one of the qualitative data collection methods, was used. In this study, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the participant in the staff responsible for vaccine storage and supply at Private X Hospital in Gaziantep.Although the problems experienced due to the vaccine stock are instantly followed up in the MHRS application, the weaknesses of the family medicine or hospitals in the instant data about the vaccine stock have been identified.It is important that the central system has a software that provides instant information about the vaccine stocks of the hospitals located near or in the relevant region regarding the vaccine stocks of Private Health Institutions. It is thought that the fact that hospitals will see their systems among themselves under the auspices of the Provincial Health Directorate will significantly eliminate the aforementioned synchronization problem.
