dc.description.abstractStrategic leadership has become a popular concept in the management literature. To survive in this growing competitive environment, having a strong management and administrative staff are the most valuable sources for the organizations. For its sustainability, business must give importance to the employees' performance. In this study, we examine to understand how strategic leadership has an impact on employee performance. Survey was used as a data collection method. The sample is consisted of doctors, nurses and health care workers who are working in state and private hospitals in the city of Kahramanmaras in Turkey. A total of 200 complete responses were used for analyses.en_US
