dc.description.abstractWhile these two words do not suit each other, patient-healthcare provider (HCP) relationship can troublesome on some occasions. This may vary from an unpolite conversation raising voice, using threatening words, hitting each other and causing wounds and on rare occasions going further and bringing weapons such as pistols, knives, ...etc. to the health care facility, leading to death of a HCP as well.en_US
