Kentsel Lojistik ve Tramvay Yolcu Memnuniyetinin Demografik Özelliklere Göre Analizi: Gaziantep’te Bir Alan Çalışması

Abstract

Kentlerin nüfusu, eğitim imkânlarının iyileşmesi, eğitim seviyelerinin yükselmesi ve buna paralel olarakta işolanaklarının artması gibi çeşitli sebeplerle sürekli artış göstermektedir. Kent nüfusunun artmasının beraberindegetirdiği en büyük sorunlar ise gürültü kirliliği, hava kirliliği ve ulaşım sorunlarıdır. Ulaşım, özellikle yerelyönetimler tarafından çözülmesi gereken öncelikli sorunlardan biri olmakla birlikte bunun için raylı sistemler eniyi çözümler arasında yer almaktadır.Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gaziantep kent içinde sunulan tramvay taşımacılığı hizmeti memnuniyetini ölçmek vedemografik faktörlere göre kullanıcılar arasındaki farklılıkları araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bir anketformu uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 23 istatistik paket programında analiz edilerek bulgulara ulaşılmayaçalışılmıştır. Çalışmada; sunulan tramvay hizmetinden memnuniyetin cinsiyete göre ve gelir düzeyine göreistatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir şekilde farklılık gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The population of cities is constantly increasing due to various reasons such as increased educational opportunities, educational levels and increased employment opportunities. The biggest problems with increasing urban population are; noise pollution, air pollution and transportation problems. Transportation is one of the primary problems to be solved by the local authorities, but rail systems are considered as the best solution. The aim of this study is to measure the satisfaction of tram transportation services in Gaziantep city and to investigate the differences among users according to demographic factors. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied and the data were analyzed in SPSS 23 statistical package program and the findings were tried to be reached. As a result of the study; It has been concluded that the satisfaction of the tram service is statistically significant in terms of gender and income level.
