Koronavirüs (Covid-19) Salgınında Özel Eğitimde Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersi ve Öğretmen Deneyimleri

Abstract

Öğretmenlik uygulaması dersleri Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda uygulamakoordinatörü, aday öğretmen, okul idaresi ve okul uygulama öğretmeni ile yüzyüzeyürütülmektedir. 2019 yılı Aralık ayında tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan ve küresel bir salgınboyutuna ulaşan koronavirüs (COVID-19) sürecinde uygulama dersleri 16 Mart 2020 tarihiitibariyle uzaktan eğitim şeklinde yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, koronavirüs (COVID-19)salgın sürecinde Özel Eğitimde Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersinin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınabağlı özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan uygulama öğretmenlerinin; süreç veuygulamalara ilişkin görüşlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel yöntemde vebetimsel bir desende kurgulanan çalışmada, özel eğitim uygulama öğretmenlerinin salgınsüresince yaşadıkları deneyimleri temel alınmıştır. Görüşmeler 9 özel eğitim öğretmeni iletelefon ve online olarak birebir gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler NVivo programı kullanılarakiçerik analizi yöntemi ile derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Dört ana temada betimlenen katılımcıgörüşleri "Fakülte-Okul İşbirliği", "Uygulama Becerileri, İzleme ve Değerlendirme","Mesleki Yeterlikler ve Beklentiler", "Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri’’dir. Uzaktan eğitimdeçevrimiçi uygulamaların mesleki eğitim ve deneyim paylaşımlarını kapsayacak şekildeplanlanması önerilebilir.

The applied courses conducted face-to-face with the application coordinator, teacher candidate, school administration in the schools have been conducted as distance education since March 16, 2020, due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) global pandemic process which started in the December of 2019 and has affected the whole world. This study aims to investigate the opinions of the practice teachers who give Teaching Practice in Special Education courses in the special education schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education about the process and the practices during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic process. The study, designed in the qualitative method with a descriptive design, is based on the experiences of the special education practice teachers in the pandemic process. Interviews were conducted with 9 special education teachers. Realized one-on-one by phone and online. The data were examined in detail with content analysis method using NVivo program. The opinions of the participants, described under four main themes that are "'Faculty-School Cooperation", "Follow-up and Evaluation of Practice Skills", "Professional Competencies, and Expectations" and "Problems and Solution Suggestions". In distance education, planning the online practices the professional education and experiences and conducting can be suggested.
