Özet
Bu çalışmamda Incoterms 2020'yi Incoterms 2010 dan ayıran yenilikler incelenmiştir. Incotermsin en güncel versiyonu olan incoterms 2020 ye ait teslim şekilleri ve getirilen yenilikler incelenmiştir. Öncelikle uluslararası teslim şekillerinin ortaya çıkmasına neden olan uluslararası ticaret kavramına ilişkin genel bilgilendirme yapılmıştır. Ardından Incoterms teriminin tanımı, amacı, tarihçesi, hukuki niteliği, kapsamındaki konular ve kapsamı dışında bırakılan konular açıklanmıştır. Bu bölümde Incoterms kurallarının uygulanabilme alanı ve sistematiği ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Bunun ardından ikinci bölümde tezimin ana konusunu oluşturan Incoterms 2020 deki teslim şekilleri açıklanmıştır. Bu teslim şekillerinin her biri için alıcı ve satıcının ayrı ayrı yükümlülükleri belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümünde ise Incoterms 2020'yi Incoterms 2010 dan ayıran hem maddi hem de şekli düzenlemeler açıklanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra Incoterms 2020 revizyonunun nedenleri açıklanmıştır.
In this study, innovations that distinguish Incoterms 2020 from Incoterms 2010 were examined. Delivery methods and delivery innovations for Incoterms 2020, the most current version of Incoterms, were examined. First, general information was given about the concept of international trade, which led to the emergence of international forms of delivery. Then, the definition, purpose, history, legal nature of the term Incoterms, the topics covered and the issues left out of its scope are explained. In this Section, information about the application area and systematics of Incoterms rules is given. After that, in the second section, the delivery methods in Incoterms 2020, which are the main topic of my dissertation, are explained. For each of these delivery forms, the obligations of the buyer and seller are specified separately. In the third section, both the material and form regulations that distinguish Incoterms 2020 from Incoterms 2010 are described. In addition, the reasons for the Incoterms 2020 revision are explained.
