Toplam kalite yönetimi unsurları ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi: Batman Organize Sanayi Bölgesi örneği

Abstract

Literatürdeki çalışmalar incelendiğinde hem Toplam Kalite Yönetimiyle hem de İşletme Performansıyla ilgili önemli sayıda çalışmanın yer aldığı görülmektedir. Ancak Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ile İşletme Performansı değişkenlerinin ikisinin bir arada kullanıldığı az sayıda çalışmaya rastlanmıştır. Ayrıca Batman ilinde böyle bir çalışmaya rastlanmamış olması yapılan çalışmanın literatüre katkı sağlaması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Batman Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde farklı sektörlerde üretim yapan işletmelerde Toplam Kalite Yönetimi unsurlarıyla İşletme Performansı arasındaki ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma için anket formu kullanılarak veri toplamak suretiyle nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Toplam kalite yönetimi ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla toplanan veriler SPSS analiz programı kullanılarak gerekli incelemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan Independent Samples T Testi, One-Way ANOVA Testi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre TKY unsurlarıyla işletme performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu ve TKY unsurlarının işletme performansını etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.there are few studies in which Total Quality Management and Business Performance variables are used together. In addition, the fact that such a study has not been found in the province of Batman is important in terms of contributing to the literature. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between Total Quality Management elements and Business Performance in enterprises producing in different sectors in Batman Organized Industrial Zone. For the research, quantitative research method was used by collecting data using a questionnaire. In order to examine the relationship between total quality management and business performance, the data collected were analyzed using the SPSS analysis program. According to the results of the Independent Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA Test, correlation and regression analysis conducted within the scope of the study, it was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between TQM elements and business performance, and that TQM elements affect business performance.
