Girişimci Üniversite Anlayışı Çerçevesinde Kariyer Geliştirme Merkezi Modeli

Abstract

Bu çalışmada üniversitelerde kalite anlayışının geliştirilmesinde önemli roloynayan stratejik örgüt yapısı ve bu örgüt yapısı bağlamında şekillenen eylemplanlarına yönelik olarak geliştirilen girişimcilik temelli ve kariyer odaklı bir modelönerilmiştir. Laboratuvar ve Atolyeler, Transfer ve İletişim Merkezi, Sosyal, Beşeri vePsikoloji Sermaye Gelişim Birimi, Üniversite Temsilciği, Sektör Temsilciği ve Yönetimalt birimlerinden meydana gelen “Kariyer Geliştirme Merkezi Modeli” üniversiteöğrencilerinin eğitim hayatı ve mezuniyet sonrasında uyum sağlama yetenekleriningeliştirilmesi, yenilikçi fikirler üretmesi ve sosyal bir ortam içerisinde bu fikirlerisunup, uygulamaya geçirme fırsatını gençlere sunmaktadır. Modelin geliştirilmeaşamasında üniversitelerde girişimcilik eğitimine yönelik literatür incelenmiş veardından alt birimler oluşturularak modele son hali verilmiştir.

In this study, Career Development Center Model is proposed for the strategicorganization structure of entrepreneurial universites and the action plans of theseuniversities. Organization structure and the action plans play an important role forencouraging the students for the entrepreneurship trends. The aim of the model isto improve the adaptability of the university students while and after the education,help to develop innovative ideas and to improve the quality of life of the universitystudents.Within the sub-units as listed; laboratories and workshops, transfer andcommunication center, social, human and psychological capital development unit,university representative, sector representative and management the opportunityto present and implement innovative and self-developing ideas served the studentsin a social environment. During the development phase of the model, the literatureon entrepreneurship education in universities was examined, and then the sub-unitscreated and the model finalized.
