Abstract

Türk demokrasisinin konjonktürel yapısı incelendiğinde sallantılı bir zeminüzerinde yükseldiği görülür. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu zamanında başlayanBatı’nın bilim ve teknik alanında ve daha sonraları askeri ve siyasi alanda kabuledilen üstünlüğü pek çok değişimi beraberinde getirmiş, bu değişimler Türkiyetarihinde de tecelli etmiştir. Siyasal erkin paylaşımı konusunda ordu ve hükümetarasındaki çekişme diğer ülkelerde olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de çeşitlidönemlerde zuhur etmiştir. Bu gücün kontrol altına alınmasını amaçlayan birgrup terörist yapılanma -FETÖ- 15 Temmuz 2016 tarihinde yine böyle bireylem girişiminde bulunmuş; ancak Türk milleti söz hakkının kendisindeolduğunu göstermiş ve bu büyük virajı teğet geçmiştir.When the conjunctural structure of Turkish democracy is examined it is seen to rise on a shaky ground. The beginning of the Ottoman Empire, the scientific and technical field of the West, and later military and political superiority of being accepted in the field brought many changes, these changes also manifested in the history of Turkey. The conflict between the army and the government about political pride sharing has occurred in various periods in Turkey as well as in other countries. A group of terrorist organizations (FETO) aimed at controlling this power have also attempted such an action on July 15, 2016; but the Turkish nation has shown that it is within the right to speak, and Turkey is tangent to this great curve.
