dc.description.abstractThis chapter presents an informed explanation for analyzing and designing viable, sustainable digital innovation ecosystems in the agri-food domain due to changing habits. Hence both digital technologies and also global issues such as the pandemic, all orizations should notice the technological developments and environmental and global issues. A thorough understanding of methods, tools, and best applications in relevant sectors is crucial for keeping up with all developments. Orizations must be competitive, so they have to find out and benefit from emerging technologies.
