Transfer fiyatlandırması ve ihracat analizi: Gaziantep'te ihracatçı firmalar üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract

Bu çalışmada değerlendirmeye konu olan ihracatçı Gaziantep firmaları ihracat rakamları, sermaye yapısı ve Vergi Öncesi Kar (VÖK) değerleri filtrelenerek belirlenmiştir. TİM tarafından her yıl düzenli açıklanan ilk 1000 ihracatçı firmanın listesinden Gaziantep firmaları belirlenmiştir. Firmaların büyük çoğunluğu 2019 yılına ait yurt içi satış ve vergi öncesi kar verilerini paylaşmamıştır. İhracatçı firmaların transfer fiyatlamasına başvurup vurmadığının tespitine yönelik yapılan bu çalışmada yabancı sermayeli firmaların Gaziantep firmaları içerisindeki ihracat payları belirlenmiştir. Hem yerli sermayeli hem de yabancı ortaklı-sermayeli firmaların tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılarak ihracat trend analizleri ile ıran analizleri yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte regresyon modeli kurularak ihracatçı firmaların yerli ve yabancı sermayeli olanların 2019 yılındaki ihracat ağırlıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle çalışmanın odak noktasında kurulan model ihracat yapan yerli ve yabancı sermayeli firmaların ihracat rakamları üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan regresyon analizi tek bir dönemi dikkate aldığından "Statik analiz" olarak değerlendirilerek regresyon denkleminde eğim-tanjant, bir başka deyişle katsayı analizi üzerinden yapılmıştır.

The firms included in the analysis in this study were determined after a certain filtering. Gaziantep companies were determined from the list of the first 1000 exporter companies announced annually by TIM. The majority of companies did not share the domestic sales and pre-tax profit data for 2019. In this study, which was conducted to investigate whether exporter companies applied to transfer pricing or not, export shares of foreign capital companies among Gaziantep companies were analyzed. In determining the export figures of both domestic and foreign partner-capital companies in 2019, the companies' EBIT is generally low. Since the BMP is not given in some companies, when it is too low in some companies, only the analysis made on the BMP will cause incomplete and average deviations. For this reason, export trend analysis and Iranian analysis were performed using descriptive statistics. In addition, the export weights of exporting companies with domestic and foreign capital in 2019 were determined by establishing a regression model. For this reason, the model established at the focal point of the study was carried out on the export figures of domestic and foreign companies that has prominent role in export. Since the regression analysis takes into account a single period, it is evaluated as a "static analysis" and is performed on the slope-tangent, in other words coefficient analysis, in the regression equation.
