Hekimlerin mesleki sonuç beklentilerinin kariyer pişmanlıkları üzerine etkisinde çalışma arkadaşı desteğinin düzenleyici rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hekimlerin mesleki sonuç beklentilerinin kariyer pişmanlıkları üzerine etkisinde çalışma arkadaşı desteğinin düzenleyici rolü incelenmektedir. Bu sebeple kariyer pişmanlığı oluşan bireylerde mesleki sonuç beklentisinin ve çalışma arkadaşı desteğinin incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Araştırmanın evreni Ankara ilindeki hastanelerde çalışan hekimlerdir. İl toplamında Sağlık Bakanlığı bünyesinde 37 hastane bulunmaktadır. 5092 hekim bu hastanelerde çalışmaktadır. Anket yöntemiyle kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile 400 hekimden veri toplanmıştır. Örneklemden ulaşılan veriler istatistiksel olarak analiz edilirken AMOS 22.0 ve SPSS 26.0 paket programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda, hekimlerin mesleki sonuç beklentilerinin kariyer pişmanlığını pozitif ve anlamlı etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Hekimlerin mesleki sonuç beklentisi ile kariyer pişmanlığı arasındaki ilişkide algılanan çalışma arkadaşı desteği değişkeninin düzenleyici rolünün bulunmadığı belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is the moderator role of colleague support in the effect of professional outcome expectations of physicians on career regrets is examined. For this reason, it is necessary to examine the expectation of professional results and the support of colleagues in individuals with career regret. The universe of the research is the physicians working in the hospitals in Ankara. There are 37 hospitals belonging to the Ministry of Health throughout the province. 5092 physicians work in these hospitals. Data were collected from 400 physicians with the survey method and the convenience sampling method. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 22.0 package programs were used in the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the sample. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that the professional outcome expectations of the physicians affected career regret positively and significantly. It has been determined that the perceived colleague support variable has not a moderator role in the relationship between physicians' professional outcome expectation and career regret.
