Örgüt kültürünün tedarik zinciri entegrasyonuna ve firma performansına etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada çevresel belirsizlikler, çevik tedarik zinciri ve esnek tedarik zincirinin aracılık rolü bağlamında, örgüt kültürünün tedarik zinciri entegrasyonu ve firma performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Model tasarımı örgüt kültürünün tedarik zinciri bütünleşmesi üzerindeki etkisinde çevresel belirsizliklerin aracılık rolü ve tedarik zinciri bütünleşmesinin firma verimi üzerindeki etkisinde çevik ve esnek tedarik zincirinin aracılık rolünü ortaya çıkaran bir model geliştirilmiş ve hipotezler, yapısal eşitik modeli (YEM) ile test edilmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini Mersin ilinde Serbest Bölge ve Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde imalat firmaları oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada toplamda 238 anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma SPSS ve AMOS programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda örgüt kültürünün tedarik zinciri entegrasyonu üzerindeki etkisi ile çevresel belirsizliğin tedarik zinciri entegrasyonu üzerindeki etkisi istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Ancak örgüt kültürünün çevresel belirsizlik üzerindeki etkisi istatistiksel olarak anlamsız bulunmuştur. Son olarak tedarik zinciri esnekliği ve çevikliğinin aracılık rolünün, tedarik zinciri entegrasyonun firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinde var olduğu bulgusu elde edilmiştir. In this study, the effect of organizational culture on supply chain integration and firm performance is investigated in the context of environmental uncertainties, agile supply chain and the intermediary role of flexible supply chain. A model was developed that reveals the mediating role of environmental uncertainties in the impact of model design organizational culture on supply chain integration and the mediating role of agile and flexible supply chain in the effect of supply chain integration on firm efficiency, and the hypotheses have been tested with the structural equation model (SEM). Manufacturing companies in the Free Zone and Organized Industrial Zone in Mersin province constitute the universe of the study. A total of 238 questionnaires were applied in this study.
