Lojistik sektöründe temel aktörlerinin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve çözümler

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de zamanla ilerleyen lojistik sektörünün konumunu incelemek ve sektörün problemlerini belirlemek ve lojistik sektörünün gelişimine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Türkiye lojistik sektörünün, dünyadaki diğer lojistik sektörlerine kıyasla hangi seviyede olduğu, sektörde karşılaşılan halihazırda mevcut olan sorunların nasıl etkilere sebep olduğu ve bunların üzerinde çözüm önerileri sunarak, Türk lojistiğinin eksik yönlerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlk bölümde lojistik sektörü hakkında ana bilgiler verilmiş ve lojistik sektörünün dünya ekonomisindeki rolünden bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra lojistiğin dinamik yapısı incelenmiş ve mevcut olan altyapı sistemlerinin yeterlilik düzeyi ve ayrıca lojistikte karşılaşılan mikro ve makro problemler araştırılmıştır. Türkiye lojistiğinin stratejik ve teknolojik konumu ele alınmıştır. Sonuç ve bulgular kısmında Türkiye'de başta lojistik sektörü aktörlerinden olan üreticiler, lojistik hizmet sağlayıcıları ve yük taşıyıcıları olmak üzere söz konusu aktörlerin karşılaştığı sorunlar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ana olarak bu aktörlerin durumlarının incelenmesi için sektörün önde gelen bir üretici firmasıyla, bir lojistik hizmet sağlayıcı firmasıyla ve altı bağımsız yük taşıyıcısıyla nitel araştırma tekniği kullanılarak derinlemesine yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma sonucunda özellikle bu üç lojistik aktörünün karşılaştıkları sorunlar incelenmiştir. Araştırmamıza konu olan aktörlerin her birinin sorununun diğer aktörlerle olan ilişkileri hakkında durulmuştur. Yapılan analizler neticesinde gelecek için çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. The aim of this study was to examine the position of the logistics sector in Turkey which is progressing over time and to identify the problems of the sector and to contribute to the development of the logistics sector. The aim of this course is to determine the level of Turkish logistics sector compared to other logistics sectors in the world, how the current problems encountered in the sector are causing the effects and the missing aspects of Turkish logistics by offering solutions on them. In the first part, the main information about the logistics sector is given and the role of the logistics sector in the world economy is mentioned. Later, the dynamic structure of logistics was examined and the level of competence of existing infrastructure systems and also the micro and macro problems encountered in logistics were investigated. The strategic and technological position of Turkish logistics is discussed. Results and findings the section provides information about the main problems faced by these actors, especially the producers, logistics service providers and freight carriers, who are the actors of the logistics sector in Turkey. Interviews with 1 leading producer Company, 1 logistics service provider company and 6 independent freight carriers were conducted as a qualitative research in order to examine the situation of these actors. As a result of this study, the problems faced by these three logistics actors were examined. In addition, the connection of the problem of each of these three actors with the other actors was examined. In the last section, all the data collected for the study was examined and a status analysis was conducted. As a result of the analyses, solutions for the future have been presented.
