TS ISO 45001 ISG yönetim sisteminin güncel mevzuat ile karşılaştırmalı değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

İş kazaları ve mesleki hastalıklar sebebiyle yaşanan olumsuz durumlar işletmeler ve ülke ekonomileri açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kapsamında çalışanlar için çalışma şartlarını düzenlemektedir. Yani iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, çalışanların iş kazası sonucunda yaralanma ve hastalıklarını inceleyen ve bunları önlemek için gerekli strateji ve düzenlemeleri hayata geçiren bir alanıdır. Bu araştırma ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği standardı olan TS ISO 450001'in firmalar, iş güvenliği uzmanları, iş hekimleri ve işverenler tarafından anlaşılması, getirdiği yenilikler, farklılıklar ve yeni tanımlamalar hakkında bilgilerin ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel bir araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntem ile literatürde konu ile ilgili önceden yapılmış çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda araştırmada; iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı ve gelişimi, amaçları, önemi gibi temel kavramlara yer verilirken diğer yandan iş sağlığı ve güvenliğindeki sistem anlayışı, ihtiyaç duyulan gereksinimler, OHSAS-TS 18001 standardı ile arasındaki farklar ve TS ISO 45001 standardının ana ilkeleri ve esasları, mevzuat ile uyumu gibi konularına yer verilmiştir. Adverse situations due to occupational accidents and occupational diseases are very important for businesses and country economies. Therefore, it regulates working conditions for employees within the scope of occupational health and safety. With this research, it is aimed to understand TS ISO 450001, which is the occupational health and safety standard, by companies, occupational safety experts, occupational physicians and employers, to reveal information about the innovations, differences and new definitions it brings. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. With this method, previous studies on the subject in the literature were examined. In this direction, in the research; The concept of occupational health and safety and its development, objectives and importance, while the understanding of the system in occupational health and safety, there quirements needed, the differences between the OHSAS-TS 18001 standard and the main principles and principles of the TS ISO 45001 standard, its compliance with the legislation Such topics are included.
