Dalgalı kur değişimlerinin lojistik firmaları üzerindeki etkisi: Gaziantep'te bir uygulama

Abstract

Lojistik hizmetlerde dış kaynak kullanımı, güvenilir teslimatlar, daha kısa sipariş döngüleri müşteri taleplerini değiştirmektedir. Türkiye'de kur geçişkenliğinin bu kadar büyük bir sorun olmasındaki temel sebep, üretimde hammadde ve girdi bağımlısı bir ülke konumunda oluşundan kaynaklanmaktadır. Dolayısıyla ithalata olan bağımlılık nedeniyle, kur dalgalanmalarının ülkedeki fiyatlar genel düzeyini artırıcı ve fiyat istikrarını bozucu etkisi kaçınılmazdır. Rekabetin giderek arttığı lojistik sektöründe de yaşanan sorunları tespit etmek ve çözüm yolları üretmek önemli bir hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Dalgalı kur değişimlerinden lojistik sektörünün ne şekilde ve ne derece etkilendiğinin araştırılarak ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Gaziantep ilinde faaliyet gösteren 17 Lojistik firmasına anket uygulanmış olup, Lawshe yöntemi ile KGO ve Güvenirlilik Analizi uygulanmıştır. Genel olarak kur değişiminin sektör üzerindeki etkisinin yüksek olduğu konusunda görüş birliği vardır. Döviz kurları sonrası en çok etkisi olan konu, gümrükleme, liman ve depolama maliyetlerindeki artış olmuştur.

Outsourcing of logistics services, deliveries, shorter order cycles are changing customer locations. The main reason why the exchange rate pass-through is such a big problem in Turkey is that it is a country that is dependent on raw materials and inputs in production. Therefore, due to the cyber security for imports, the pictures of exchange rate fluctuations are the effect of increasing general protections and negatively affecting price security. It has become important to detect the problems experienced in the distribution of production and logistics sector and to provide solutions. This content is aimed to be revealed by investigating how and to what extent logistics are affected by floating exchange rate changes. In the research, a questionnaire was Analysis and Correlation Analysis were applied with the Lawshe method. In general, there is a consensus that exchange rate changes have high blocks on the sector.
