Kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik oryantasyonun işletme performansına etkisinde sürdürülebilir tedarik ve ürün tasarımının aracılık ile tedarikcilerle entegrasyonun düzenleyici rolü.

Abstract

Bu araştırma Türkiye'de üretim sektörlerinin lokomotifi durumunda olan ve çevreye verdiği zarar yönü ile öncü sektörlerden olan demir çelik işletmeleri arasında yapılmıştır. Türkiye'nin en büyük projelerinde kullanılan ürünleri üreten demir çelik işletmeleri çevreye saldıkları zaralı gazlar, atık sular, toz ve katı atıklar yönü ilede öncü durumdadırlar. Demir çelik işletmelerinin kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik oryantasyonun (yönelim) işletmenin ekonomik ve çevresel performansa etkisinde sürdürülebilir tedarik ve ürün tasarımının aracılık etkisi ile tedarikçilerle entegrasyonun düzenleyici etkisi araştırılmıştır. Demir çelik üretim işletmelerinin üst düzey yöneticilerine internet yoluyla ve anket yönetmi kullanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada edilen veriler Smart PLS programı kullanılarak analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırmada demir çelik işletmelerinin kurumsal sürdürülebilir oryantasyonları işletmelerinin ekonomik ve çevresel performanslarını anlamlı ve pozitif yönde etki ettiği, sürdürülebilir tedarik ve ürün tasarımının bu etkiye aracılık ve tedarikçilerle entegrasyonun düzenleyici rolü olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research was conducted among the iron and steel enterprises, which are the locomotive of the production sectors in Turkey and one of the leading sectors in terms of environmental damage. Iron and steel enterprises, which produce products used in Turkey's largest projects, are also pioneers in terms of harmful gases, waste water, dust and solid wastes they emit to the environment. The mediating effect of sustainable supply and product design on the effect of corporate sustainability orientation of iron and steel enterprises on the economic and environmental performance of the enterprise, and the regulatory effect of integration with suppliers have been investigated. Data were obtained from the top managers of iron and steel production enterprises via the internet and using the survey method. The data obtained in the research were analyzed using the Smart PLS program. In the research, it has been concluded that the corporate sustainable orientations of iron and steel enterprises have a significant and positive effect on the economic and environmental performance of their enterprises, that sustainable supply and product design mediate this effect and the integration with suppliers has a regulatory role.
