Lojistik köylerin kurulması ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma ilişkisi; yeşil ekonomi bağlamında Gaziantep ili için bir değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Gaziantep'te kurulması planlanan ve proje aşamasında olan Gaziantep Lojistik Köyü'nün Türkiye'nin jeopolitik konumu göz önüne alındığında Gaziantep ilinin kilit bir noktada bulunması lojistik faaliyetlerde yer alan üreticilerin, tedarikçilerin ve lojistik hizmet sağlayıcılarının mikro çapta işletmelere sağlayacağı katkılar makro çapta ise küresel rekabet ortamında ticarete katkıları değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Lojistik kavramı; lojistik yönetimi, lojistik köy, sürdürülebilir kalkınma ilişkisi ve yeşil ekonomi kavramalarıyla beraber incelenmiştir. Gaziantep Lojistik Köyü' nün kentteki sosyal yaşam, istihdam ve işlem hacmin açısından beklentilerin ne yönde ilerlediği analiz edebilmek adına derinlemesine yarı mülakat tekniği ile söz konusu Gaziantep Lojistik Köyü proje sorumluları olan İpek Yolu Kalkınma Ajansı, Gaziantep Ticaret Odası ve Gaziantep Büyük Şehir Belediyesi ile lojistik sektörün önde gelen iki üretici firması ve bir lojistik hizmet sağlayıcısı ile görüşülmüştür. Bu bağlamda lojistik köy ve merkez yapılanmaları için öncelikli olarak taşıma alt yapısının geliştirilmesi, Türkiye lojistik master planının hazırlanması, işletmelerinin yönetim şeklinin vereceği hizmetlerin kullanıcı isteklerine göre şekillendirilmesi gerçeğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. In order to analyze the direction in which Gaziantep Logistics Village is moving in terms of social life, employment and transaction volume in the city, the Silk Road Development Agency, Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Gaziantep Big City Municipality, which are responsible for the project of this Gaziantep logistics village, were interviewed with two leading manufacturers of the logistics sector and a logistics service provider. In this context, the development of transport infrastructure for logistics village and central structures as a priority, the preparation of the Turkish logistics master plan, the way the management of its enterprises will be shaped according to the wishes of the user has revealed the fact.
