Göreme 433 parsel 3 pafta'daki Hatice İkman evi restorasyon önerisi

Abstract

Geçmişi yansıtan benzersiz yapılardan olan Kapadokya Bölgesi'ndeki Göreme beldesinde bulunan sivil mimari yapıların yok olmasının önlenmesi ve varlıklarını sürdürebilmesi, koruma önlemlerinin alınmasına ve bu yapıların kullanımlarının devamlılığına bağlıdır. Bunun için yapıların belgelenmesi ve gereken koruma önlemlerinin alınması önemli aşamaları oluşturmaktadır. Diğer yandan koruma sürecinde, tarihi yapıların işlevini yeniden değerlendirerek bu yapıları kamusal kullanıma sunmak, halka tarihi eser farkındalığı kazandırılması açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, özgün sivil mimarlık örneklerinden olan ve gerekli koruma önlemleri alınmadığı takdirde yok olma tehlikesi taşıyan Nevşehir ili Göreme beldesindeki, Hatice İkman Evi için koruma ve sağlamlaştırma projesi oluşturulmuştur. Tez çalışmasında ilk olarak çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve araştırma yöntemleri belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümünde Göreme'nin fiziki, sosyal ve mimari özelliklerinden, Göreme Tarihi Milli Park ve Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi'nden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; Hatice İkman Evi'nin mevcut durumu, bulunduğu çevre, mimari elemanları, cephe ve plan tipolojisi, rölöve teknik yöntemleri kullanılarak görsel, yazılı ve bilgisayar destekli çizimler ve analizler ile ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmayı takip eden dördüncü bölümde; Yapılan analizler, analoji çalışması, sözlü anlatımlar ve mimari gereklilik doğrultusunda yapının yapıldığı dönemdeki özgün durumunun tespiti için, yapıdan gelen izler ve elde edilen verilere göre restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Son olarak rölöve ve restitüsyon çalışmaları sonucunda, yapının Butik Otel olarak kullanılması işlev önerisi ile restorasyon ve yeniden işlevlendirme projeleri oluşturularak çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, tarihi yapıların tadilat ve kullanımları sırasında sahip oldukları özgün malzeme ve değerlerine zarar verilmemesinin altı çizilerek yapıya verilen yeni işlevi ile mimari mirasın sürdürülebilirliğine, koruma kullanma dengesinin sağlanmasına ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasına katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır. For this, documenting the structures and taking the necessary protection measures constitute important stages. On the other hand, during the conservation process, re-evaluating the functions of historical buildings and presenting these structures to public use is important in terms of raising awareness of historical artifacts to the public. In this study, it is aimed to create a restoration and re-functioning project for Hatice İkman House in Göreme, Nevşehir, which is one of the original examples of civil architecture and is in danger of extinction if the necessary protection measures are not taken. In the thesis study, firstly, the purpose, scope and research methods of the study were specified. In the second part, the physical, social and architectural features of Göreme, Göreme Historical National Park and Göreme Open Air Museum are mentioned. In the third part; The current situation of the Hatice İkman House has been revealed with visual, written and computer-aided drawings and analyzes using the surrounding environment, architectural elements, facade and plan typology, survey technical methods. In the fourth section following this study; A restitution project was prepared according to the traces and data obtained from the building in order to determine the original state of the building in line with the analyzes, analogy studies, verbal expressions and architectural necessity. Finally, as a result of the survey and restitution studies, the restoration and re-function projects were created with the function proposal to use the building as a boutique hotel and the work was completed. As a result of the study, it is aimed to underline that the original materials and values of historical buildings are not damaged during their renovation and use, and to contribute to the sustainability of the architectural heritage, to ensure the balance of protection and use and to transfer it to future generations with its new function.
